Good evening Bulldog Families, it’s time for your weekly update.
Each Friday you will get a phone call with reminders or information about the upcoming week at the elementary. If you miss anything in the message, you can check out our MUES Facebook Page or the News section on the MUES website.
We had one of the best starts to a school year this week. I would like to thank all of our families, staff, bus drivers, custodians, and cafeteria crew for working together to make it amazing.
Some reminders and information for next week:
Tuesday students who are signed up for Lifewise will begin attending that program.
This week we worked as a building on what it means to be kind to others and respect others feelings. Next week we will add what it means to respect the personal space and property of others. These are great conversation starters to talk with your child about when eating together or riding in a car.
Please remember to be extremely patient next week if you are dropping off or picking up your child from school. All kindergarteners will be in attendance beginning Monday and we have several new families joining us this year. If everyone follows the adult directions and no one cuts the line, it will work and by Wednesday, it will be a well-oiled machine.
To tag onto that message, same goes for busses. All kindergartens will be in attendance beginning Monday and it may take a few days to get the busses dropping students off at their homes in a timely manner because of all of our new riders. We ask for patience as we get everything rolling.
Have a great weekend! We will see everyone on Monday.
