Very recently, parents and caregivers of current students received a letter and/or e-mail with a “snapcode” and instructions to electronically update their contact and medical information, respond to annual notifications, etc. Remember, in part, this process eliminates the need to complete in full the hard copy emergency medical form multiple times. Both within and between school years, minor changes can be made electronically rather than completing the hard copy form again.
However, this information is still absolutely required like any other school year. To assist families who have limited network access or for those parents/caregivers who would simply like additional assistance, Milton-Union staff members will host an opportunity to complete the process in-person in the Media Center on the following dates and times.
Tuesday, August 25, 2020 – 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday, August 26, 2020 – 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 27, 2020 – 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Computer stations will be set-up at various locations in the Media Center, and technology support staff members will be in attendance to assist. Please park just outside and enter through the Media Center entrance.
If you are not in need of additional tech support, please visit the log-on screen to complete the process at https://tinyurl.com/y56pfcus, and use the specific “snapcode” for each student already enrolled and returning to the Milton-Union Schools. These steps can be completed using a laptop, tablet, or smart phone. (As one additional reminder, please complete these steps whether your child plans to attend in-person or has declared for our fully remote option.)
