Facilities & Operations

To inspire students' love for learning and support parents and families, we understand the importance of maintaining facilities and conducting business operations in a way that's cost-effective and well planned. Milton-Union Facilities & Operations include the Food Service, Maintenance and Custodial, and Transportation Departments. Our employees are focused on providing a safe and comfortable environment conducive to learning for students, staff members, parents, families, and community members.

To help ensure all members of the school community thrive, our district partners assist us with long-term planning to consider, prolong, and exceed the life expectancy of facilities and strategically repair and/or replace assets. These processes allow the district to strategically use Capital Improvement, or Permanent Improvement, dollars for the most efficient operation and maintenance.
